Jack MacWilliams

Mr. MacWilliams is an Analyst at Javelin where he focuses on deal execution, due diligence, and financial modeling. Prior to Javelin, Mr. MacWilliams worked in the Structured Finance group at Cypress Creek Renewables, a solar and storage-focused IPP. While at Cypress Creek, he was responsible for assisting senior team members in executing utility-scale solar and battery storage project financings, operating asset refinancings and corporate debt facility management. Prior to Cypress Creek, he worked at SWITCH Maritime, a project developer building zero-carbon maritime vessels powered by hydrogen fuel cell and battery.

Mr. MacWilliams holds a BA with a major in Economics from Tufts University.
